Delivery & Returns

All stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class service. 

Once you place your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.  We always ask for your email and mobile number with every order. This allows us to make sure you get as much information from us as possible.

If you need a special or urgent delivery service please contact us and we will seek to provide you with the best postal option for your needs. Please send us a message via the Facebook Messenger or email Sales@VitoDesign.co.uk before 12 pm in order to request this service so that we can guarantee delivery.  

The delivery costs for your order may vary depending on size and weight. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class service:

•  small parcel up to 2kg - £3.10,   
•  medium parcel up to 2kg - £5.20. 

We always hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we’re happy to review the case. We can offer an exchange or refund on any item if it is returned within 14 days of receipt.  

 If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, please follow the below instructions:

• Email info@vitodesign.co.uk with information of your order number and item that you wish to return.
•  You will receive confirmation email that the return is accepted and we will provide you with the return address. 
• All items must be returned to us unused and in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit), 
• We will inspect the item once we have received the return, as we would love to sell the product again. You will receive the funds via the payment method you used for your original order.  Please allow for a period of up to 7 days for us to process the refund. 
• To return your product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
